I used this for TV in bedroom. Delivered very quick from Amazon. This one was an upgrade from previous antenna. We are developing our loft space where the current antenna is situated so we needed a better solution hence this purchase. Does it do what it says on the tin ? As well as our own antenna did yes. Our set top box does not have any additional channels and there is no discernable difference in the picture quality.

Bought to replace a RCA ANT1150F. Both claim 50 mile (the map AT-122B box actually says 55).
I used ANTOP’s signalmaps to determine channel count vs antenna and it appeared I could get another PBS set with this antenna.
I had to work a 1-2 hours moving it, rescanning, repeat, which was a little tedious, but I got the channel count promised. Note, in my situation a movement of 1-2 inches changed reception (a lot: from good reception of a channel to not even being scanned). It’s worth it to spend the time positioning.

Judge yourself how good a performance: it receives all the HD channels I would want (and many more I don’t want) in Gilbert, AZ, and even the Tucson 6HD PBS station, which was an unexpected bonus. It’s installed on a window of a 2nd floor apartment looking west towards the transmission antennas, though there is no direct line-of-sight because the apartment next door blocks it. Threw away an RCA flat antenna that only gave me trouble. The cord is a bit short for my needs; I extended it a few feet without any loss. Bought AT-717.

We cut the cable over 1 year ago, and never regretted it. The AT-122B Map was just what we needed to work with our new Tivo OTA setup, it blends in with our decor and is super easy to setup, we get over 30 channels, and crystal clear pictures on all our local channels. Plus we record all our favorites on our Tivo OTA. We are saving over 100.00 dollars a month, what’s not to love?

We are cutting the cord, and this has been the best amplified antenna we have tried. You will need your own length of coax to really set this antenna up high and also reach a power outlet at the same time. The two push pins it comes with needed to be replaced, as I didn’t feel they were very sturdy. We have tried other, expensive, amplified antenna, but this one has is easy to attach to the ceiling, or high up on the wall to allow for greater range and reception. I am pleased with this purchase.

I tried a few antennas, including other thin antennas that look like this one. The ANTOP AT-122B taught me that just because flat antennas look the same, they are not the same. We live about 35-40 miles from the over the air signals.

Well, I am 50 plus miles north of Atlanta and was quite sure it would not receive a clear signal in the mountains. It worked not good, but excellent. I received 38 clear digital channels and thus my honest rating. A good product!. If you plan is multiple tv sets, better plan on outdoor antenna. My mountain log cabin needs were for one set and this worked very well and I am watching Channel two as I write.

This antenna is simply amazing. I can’t pick up anything where I live with any other antenna, even with an amplifier. But I can get almost every channel in my area with ANTOP AT-122B. I told my dad about it and he got one and it blew his mind too. He is in south Orange County and can get every over-the-air channel in Orange County and Los Angeles.
