The first glance was attracted by its paper-thin shape, I followed the instructions to complete the installation easily, it received the best signal when placed on my table near the window.

I’ve been using this antenna for almost a month before and the reception is great. I also bought one for my grandmother’s house, and it didn’t disappoint me, accepting many channels that I hadn’t seen before.

I was pretty sceptical when I bought this. However, I really didn’t want any of those things when using this for a TV in my shed, so I gave this a go. The TV was pretuned, so all I had to do was plug in the antenna and then spend the next few hours moving it around to find a place where I’d get the best singal.

This gets more channels than my MOHU leaf. Also, I don’t have to keep moving the antenna to get some of the channels. I highly recommend this antenna.

This is my third Antenna I’ve purchased online. The previous two pulled in channels at about 30 miles range. This antenna, which took about 5 minutes to install, pulls in 35 more channels. I get channels now from an easy 40 miles to 60 miles range consistently. This antenna is placed inside near a window (see photo).

This antenna is amazing. I bought it for my son, who moved into his first apartment. We live in the New York City, and he is able to pull in over 35 channels, nearly all clear as a bell. A co-worker bought one after hearing about it from me and he is very pleased as well. Strongly recommend.

This is multidirectional receiver but if the antenna does not face the station, up to 10% of signal strength is lost. I put my antenna indoor and receive 46 channels out of which 16 HD with very clear picture.

I was finally able to cut the cable for less than $100 by puchasing with AT-133B for over the air channels like ABC, FOX, NBC and CBS and plair-2 for OTT content like Netflix, Hulu, CBS, Crackle and games like Angry Birds.
Really simple to plug it in. Took me 10 minutes to have the over the air channels working.
Design can be improved as the antenna is directional and you cannot possibly find a wall that faces the right way.
Regardless, happy with my purchase.

I just received my antenna and I love it! Its design is very sleek and it blends in so well with everything that you can’t even really tell its there or what it is. Its definitely better than the old rabbit ear antenna. The reception is terrific too. I would definitely recommend buying this if you’re looking for an alternative to the growing costs of cable and satellite. Its a great antenna and a great price!!

So easy to set up and I’m getting well over 40 channels! I did have to move to a window further from the TV than I had originally thought, but thankfully you’ve included a rather long cable. I’ve been anxious about cutting the proverbial cord (cable) because I really wanted to make sure I had access to local news etc., I now have local channelst thru, + Hulu Live TV, Netflix, PBS and Amazon video on my Apple TV. Sitting here tonight wondering why it took me so long! Thank you! I’ll be recommending to everyone I know.

This antenna is super easy to use. I pulled it out of the box and connected the cable to the back of my 32″ LED TV and placed it on a shelf nearby. I ran a channel scan on the TV and get all the channels I want. I have had it for over a month now and rarely have an issue with a signal coming through. When I do, I find that moving the antenna around a little brings the signal back. The antenna itself is very thin and lightweight.

Works well so far, I am still working on installing it at my new house, and this will take some time due to the house design. I had hoped to install it in my attic, until I saw the aluminum thermal shield in the roofing, which sadly blocks TV signals too well. I will have to install it outdoors, probably on a PVC pipe, as in Florida you try not to use metal poles, due to frequent lightning storms. I thought that I might have to install outdoors, and that is why I chose a plastic antenna, but it is too early to know if the plastic is UV resistant. The Antop “beat the pants off” other indoor amplified antennas when tested indoors, picking up double to triple the amount of stations, and picked up even more stations outdoors, even at only 8 foot off the ground. At this height, I would say the maximum range is about 50-55 miles. I am hoping that at about 12-15 foot high, the range will be a little greater. I would give the antenna 5 stars, except for the fact that the pole mount is a bit wonky, and I am not sure if the wind will spin the antenna, or not. I hope to drop my cable TV service soon!

Works really well, but still must be pointed in the direction of broadcasters, not omni directional.

Nice antenna, well made, works very well for UHF channels. Not so much for VHF HI. If you have channels in your area I recommend you get the model that has the VHF “Ears” that screw in the side. I have both models.

Great customer service. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I grew up with an antenna back in the 60s. OMG, it is amazing, I picked up 27 stations and all the main networks are in high definition. This was perfect for our vacation home, no more $130 cable bills and since I have internet at our home, we get Netflix and no need for cable TV anymore. Great to as if we go to our vacation home for a few days where we will not have internet, at least we have TV. So clear, I could not believe my eyes. My neighbours were impressed.

Got this for the roof, I live in the Atlanta north side. I deployed this inside just to test. Something I do not recommend because the signal will fade if you or someone else walks near the unit. My first scan came back around 41 channels, after I mounted it on the roof the scan came back with over 103. Now there are a ton of independent channels and also radio stations that also were picked up, but the quality was damn good.

I live in Decatur IL and I decided I wanted free channels I’ve tried other less quality antennas in the past, but let me tell ya. You get what you pay for. The antenna Web YouTube videos websites helped me out picking the right antenna. Its mounted 20 ft on my old dish tripod with supplied braket. It comes with 3 way splitter and 4G 3g/amplifier. I used my existing directv cable line runs and installation was easily after your done check the Websites for were your towers are located and point it then make sure you position it to get as many channels as possible. My results were 25 channels during the day and I re scanned at night and pulled in a total of 32 channels. But anyhow I would recommend this product. Also it is weather resistant and uv resistant.

I love this indoor antenna!! I am well satisfied with the performance if it helps l live 55 miles from broadcasting tower however l live on a high elevation but,,,l have this in my bedroom because it was hard pulling a good clear signal in due to the location of my tv plus walls & it doesn’t face the broadcast tower…l have been using air signals for yrs. l updated my antennas with this & it’s amazing how much different the picture quality is…👌

Seems to work perfectly! I installed it inside my attic, as close to the roof line as I could mount it. I’m getting close to 70 channels with it. I just wanted an option to pick up my local channels after cutting the cable cord and I couldn’t be happier. By the way, don’t place it where thick walls will block the signals. Great deal!!!

We live in a rural area with a lot of huge trees and are about 60 miles from Chicago. We have bought indoor antennas in the past that we got only 6 Rockford station, and even those weren’t very clear. With this antenna set up indoors, we can now get as many as 18 channels, and some are Chicago stations. Depending on how we turn the antenna, we can also get a few Wisconsin channels.
Since we can get so many channels indoors, we are considering putting this antenna on the roof in the spring. The greatest difficulty in doing this would be positioning the antenna to get the most channels available. We cut the cord on satellite TV this last year, and have been very happy with internet TV, but when New Year’s came, we couldn’t watch any of the New Year’s celebrations because we didn’t have any of the local channels. What a bummer!! That won’t happen again for the next New Year’s with this antenna.
One other thing I should mention is that this antenna is much larger than it looks in the pictures. It is 23″ tall (not including the stand) and 10″ wide. This isn’t a problem for us, but it may be a consideration for indoor use. The antenna includes a stand for use indoors, and also includes hardware and cables for a couple of outdoor configurations. Outdoors, it can be attached to the roof, a wall, or a mounting post.

This is a great antenna. Very thin and lightweight. You could put in anywhere. I don’t have cable but I get so many channels with this thing. All very clear. Even get the PBS channel that shows cartoons 24/7. My kids love it lol.

This Antenna is a lifesaver! I’m located in Central Georgia and we just got hit by hurricane Irma. Loss of power, cable and internet access left us clueless to what was happening. We started up the generator to plug the refrigerator in and also ran an extension cord to our tv. We did the channels scan and got zero channels . I then attached this antenna and we quickly started receiving 30+ HD channels! I literally watching the television now ! What a great antenna and great purchase. I am extremely impressed!

I was setting up a TV at a site 47-50 miles from most of the main stations in my area. I tried a powered antenna with a “70 mile range” – it discovered 1 station. I immediately returned it and purchased the ANTOP 80 Mile antenna. On the first channel scan found over 60 stations! Reception is very clear. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Finally I find a good replacement for the cable. This antenna works great. High resolution, great reception. What else can I expect? No longer need to waste money on the cable but receive stronger signal. It works perfectly~!

In New York City, I expected to find a full range of stations and wasn’t disappointed. I did need a converter, but as soon as I made the connections, got familiar programs and local stations. The antenna is strong enough to sit inside a window, so mounting wasn’t required. I’ll get more HDTVs one day, but this signal is good enough for someone who grew up with over the air broadcast. It’s not fiber optic cable, but clear and without static.

Excellent packaging, very simple to install, and picked up an additional five towers, from 3 to 8(!) over a new directional antenna purchased a year ago. Very satisfied. The only thing I changed was to purchase a 50 foot coax cable, to avoid the need for a coupling/extension cable to reach the TV.

Glad I called Antop before my purchase. They helped research my location and suggested this antenna. I had no idea what type of antenna would work for us here. Surprised me to see so many free channels available to us. I have stopped the cable and I am know saving me some money.

Great antenna! Picks up all the channels available in my area. I have signals coming in from different directions and this antenna picks all of them up. The picture quality is definitely better than cable TV. I had a similar antenna from a popular brand and this one works much better. I would highly recommend this antenna for those with signals coming in from several locations. Easy set-up, great picture, so many channels! Overall a great product.

I live 40 miles northwest of Atlanta. I am about 300 feet higher in elevation than Atlanta. It’s mountainess and heavy in forestry. I have had two WA-2608 HD Amplified Antennas. Still have the second one and wanted to give this one a try. There are nothing wrong with the WA-2608’s at all. They are $25-$35 depending on who you buy them from. They are compact and easy on the eyes. The downside to them (my opinion) is that the materials aren’t the highest quality (hence the price) and the rotating motor is very sensitive and the slightest hiccup with it will cause it to burn out and your stuck with a stationary antenna that has a slight wiggle and if wind hits it, you lose signal. The biggest plus with it is that it picks just as many if not that same as this one. If you’re on a budget, go for that one and nothing else, trust me.
Okay, now on to the Antop 400B. Right off the bat, this antenna looks just like the cellphone box antennas you see on cell towers but smaller. Very simple design and even simpler to install. The two key features of this unit and why I bought is:
1). The 3G-4G filter it has. No other brand has such a thing. Why is it important? Well those signals can hurt your reception depending on how many phones or wireless devices are near it and transmitting. Most people don’t notice much, but techy people like me see it and it bothers me like an eyelash stuck in my eye. If you turn on and turn off the inline filter, you will notice a channel drop or two as well as a few that may be a tad snowy or reduce their incoming signal resolution from let’s say 1080i to 720i to compensate. Again most people don’t see much of a difference from 1080i to 720i, but it bothers me like a bad bug bite that won’t stop itching.
2). It’s Omnidirectional!! Why is that such a big deal for me to yell? Well, that means that no matter which way it’s facing, it picks up just as many if not the same amount of channels even if it’s not facing the closet broadcast tower to you. This is by far the best feature. Any other antenna, and I mean any other one, needs to be pointed directly towards your closest tower. A few degrees off and your watching nothing but PBS, Spanish or religious channels ( if you’re in to that, that’s fine and no intention on offending you) and you have this thing you just spent good money on not doing its job to full capacity. Even though it’s Omnidirectional, point it the best you can at your closest tower and you are golden.
Super Bonus Features!
Easy on the eyes. No one even knows what it is and it looks like it just needs to be there. I live in an HOA neighborhood and they can be a little dramatic on outdoor appliance decorations such as Antennas and Satellite Dishes. My backyard directly faces 40+ foot trees that go on for 100 yards before the next clearing. It just so happens that’s the same direction as the closest tower to me which is 35 miles away. This thing cuts through those trees like a knife through butter and manages to pick up 43 crystal clear SD & HD channels for Free!! My other Antennas picked up about 3/4 of those channels and when bad weather came along, forget it, they were useless. Also, I used the same mount as the old one on my patio roof which is 15 feet high and it works flawlessley. It’s weather proof and water tight so no worries about metal parts and thin plastics corroding and cracking after short term exposure to the elements. One last super bonus which I think all will enjoy and is not advertised by Antop is….Drum Roll Please!!!!!!!! The freaking ability to split the signal multiple times without an amplified splitter and loss of channel quality!!!! I have seven, yes seven (and no I’m not rich) TVs in my house. They range from 24″ to 65″ and all flat screens. With 90% or more Antennas out there, if you split a signal 2-3 times, you need an inline booster or your pictures look like garbage. Because this has a built in amplifier and because that amplifier is in the antenna and not at your TV or splitter box, the signal does not degrade in the slightest and all outlets receive the same signal, period.
Trust me, this unit is worth the $130 hands down. It’s the BMW/Mercedes of Antennas. You want the Kia of Antennas (I drive a Kia and love it), then get the WA-2608 and enjoy free TV for 2 years before the materials degrade or the motor burns out and you’re on the roof more times than you want to be adjusting it and reprogramming your TVs again and again. I absolutely enjoy free TV and love saving $60 a month on basic cable packages and so should you!!
