I got this antenna to use on a bedroom TV. Cable rates are out of control and it’s time to get back to basic TV. The Antop Flat AT-206 indoor antenna is a great looking unit. It is a shinny black square that can be hung, sat on a flat surface or there is a bracket to prop it up much like a photo. I was blown away at he picture quality. The picture was great! I got it all hooked up in minutes and we got all of the local channels I was expecting. This little antenna reaches 40 miles according to the box.
I’m impressed with the product and now I have dozens of channels and no cable bill.

I used to have an old set of bunny ears that served me well, but I found that they took up a lot of space and would require me to move them around to get certain channels. Luckily, those days are gone thanks to the Antop AT-206 TV antenna!
PROS:
+ PACKAGING: The antenna came in a cardboard box with easy descriptions and pictures. The contents included a simple manual (didn’t even need to look at it), the antenna, and a stand.
+ BUILD QUALITY: The antenna is large and made of sturdy plastic. It has a sturdy 10ft coax cable coming out of it.
+ SETUP & EASE OF USE: It was very easy to setup and use. I screwed in the stand, plugged my antenna into my antenna coax port of my TV, and it picked up 127 DTV channels (I live in an area with 147 channels that are theoretically available).
+ VIDEO QUALITY: For the location near the window, the picture quality was perfect HD quality.
+ PRICE: It’s very reasonably priced for an omni-directional antenna of its size and quality!
CONS:
– I tested this antenna with numerous TVs in numerous locations. The only issue that I had was when I connected it in my A/V closet which is filled with other electronics and is literally in the center of my house. When I connected it to other TVs near windows, I didn’t run into any issues. Just something to keep in mind if you’re looking to place this somewhere near other electronics and not near an exterior wall. I won’t dock off a star as this wasn’t marketed as a powered antenna.
OTHER:
= SIZE: It was definitely bigger than I thought it’d be. That being said, it was very nice and thin.
Overall, I liked the antenna and would highly recommend it for the size, price, and quality.
