Menace –
We have had the antenna mounted on the roof for a couple of weeks now and all seems to be working fine. No issues of poor signal.
Difficult to tell for sure since our worst times were during bad weather and since installation we have been enjoying pretty decent weather.

I bought this antenna to replace a broken TV antenna on my RV. The antenna works fine I get as good or perhaps better channels than I did with the original and I don’t have to raise and lower the antenna. the only concern I have is the mounting bracket is flimsy plastic and not very sturdy for use on an RV so I reinforced it with some 1/8 inch aluminum which improved the stability significantly.

Easy to install directly on to the eaves-facia of the house, (wood screws not included). A clear line of sight to tranmitters approx. 26 miles and 7 miles from my home that were located at different angles. The antenna was located 30′ from the ground and connected directly to a Tablbo DVR using RG-6 coax cable. I initally had some difficulty bringing in the stations that were being broadcasted from the closest transmitter. I made a call to Tech Support, got through with only a short wait, and was told to NOT use the amplifier, because it over-amplified the signal. Worked perfectly after removing the amplifier. Would buy again. Would have been 5 stars, but there was no mention of trying it both with and without the amplifier which caused no small amount of frustration.

Cut the cord 2 years a go and was using an amplified indoor antenna to watch tv.here in Toronto. Got all major u.s networks ABC CBS, ‘ nbc’ was tricky most of the time and not clear when I was able to watch. Finally opted for this antop ufo 360 antenna and will gladly say this antenna is amazing! I was getting about 12 watchable stations before with indoor amp antenna but now with this antop ufo antenna I’m getting 33 very watchable and Chrystal clear HD tv channels including 3major U.s networks, fox, cw, my tv network, get tv, grit, antenna tv, comet ‘sci Fi horror, American sports channel , charge laff and others .seems the only channel I’m unable to get/watch ise tv but this is probably because the stations broadcast power is dry low and is 80+ miles away yet NBC and ABC are 86 miles miles away and come in Chrystal clear every time as does all the other channels rain or shine! So in general I’ll say it’s an excellent antenna and a great investment for you and your family and should deliver years of tota tv enjoyment ☺✌

I now have two of this type of omni-directional antenna. Each is from a different company with similar pricing. Both were purchased from Amazon and look like UFO’s. The Antop is a little larger and works as well or better than the other brand. The other brand advertises the same range but did not include a cell phone signal filter. The Antop’s mounting options and hardware are outstanding. There are actually two of the U-bolts included… not just the one as shown in the photos. Everything is plastic except for the U-bolts and the arm mounting screw… just like my other UFO. The Antop’s amp/filter is essential to making this antenna work and the reception without it is remarkably deficient. I bought this model because it does not include a 30 foot cable to connect it to the TV. I already had a better cable and this model costs less without it.
